About DMI

DMI is a certified women-owned business founded in 1992 by Dean Somerville and his daughter, Stacy. Opening the first call center in Cooperstown, ND. Further expansion by DMI in 1994, lead to opening a facility in Jamestown, ND. With a population of 15,527 this community has a rich past and a bright future. Jamestown's central location is midway between Bismarck and Fargo in the valley where the James and Pipestem Rivers meet.

In 1997 DMI began communications with Uniband Enterprises to form a call center on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation located in Belcourt, ND. As a result, Dynaband, LLC was formed in 1998 as a joint venture between Uniband, Inc. and Dynamics Marketing, Inc. Dynaband is a member of the Midwest Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC), as a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Dynaband is 51% Native American owned and 49% women-owned.

In 1999 a new facility was built in Cooperstown, ND expanding the seating capacity and housing the corporate office.

Today DMI has 140 CATI stations between the three facilities and a complete IT department. We employ 200 CRM agents/interviewers, as well as, 20 individuals in administrative positions.
