The Washington employment contract is a confirmed business relationship between both employee and employer. Wage, benefits and other incentives will be based on the position and longevity of the new hiree. The employer may issue non-disclosure agreements in order to protect itself from its competitors. Once the terms and conditions are met and the document is signed, employment can begin.

Independent Contractor Agreement – Established for the purpose of creating a fair business arrangement between both client and independent contractor.
Non-Compete Agreement – Restrains employees from any competitive acts against the employer once employment is over.
Non-Disclosure Agreement – Prevents the misappropriation of confidential information along with any company trade secrets.
Subcontractor Agreement – Arranged by the independent contractor to bring on a subcontractor for assistance on a task.
